Our Residents Come First

A Resident Services Program is made available to all of the residents of the properties owned by PSCDC. Our goal is to empower residents by building skills that will increase their self-sufficiency and enhance their quality of life. On a monthly basis we organize an average of 588 educational classes or events which results in 1,024 hours of instruction with an average monthly attendance of over 6,000 residents.

PSCDC's properties have a community center and a computer lab which allows us to provide all classes and programs on-site. All classes and programs are open and free to our residents.
